We renovate with the best - 2009 MBA National Finalists in Renovation

Increasingly, work is done in the older suburbs, bringing old houses to life, which we are a 2009 National Finalist in the Master Builder Awards for.

Give the usual 'one off' nature of these projects this documentation is not available online but we can certainly send it out to you should you be interested.

Use our Contact Form or call our sales staff on 08 8945 5523 for more detail on some of the sublime renovations we have done.

Bellamack - for all clients, with complete homes starting from $205,000 (HomeFirst only) and $296,000 (normal house sites).

We will have two display homes open from December 2010, and will be involved in delivering cost-effective, functional and attractive designs in this suburb.

Frances Park - an area of Urban Fringe and Split Level Construction. Darwin until recently hasn't had a development like it. We have 15 designs so far from 2009 and 2010.

Lyons - Located 15km NW of the city, designs here are in the character of the comprehensive covenants this area has. We have 25 designs here from 2009 and 2010.

Rural Areas - Being a residential builder, most work is conducted in the new suburbs of Darwin but we do build rural. In the Rural Area, in 2009 we built contracts from 199,000-1.5 Million. If you are building in the rural area, contact us for our Porfolio!
