Selections is an important part of any dream home. At Killarney Homes, we have a full time colour consultant who can give you expert advice on colour decisions, product selection and the help you need to make the home a distinctive, class leading property.

Selections are an enjoyable part of the building of your home and yet another part of the process where we really look for your input.  Your choices include paint, laminate and tiles, light fittings and plumbing fittings. The selections room is a fantastic resource, conveniently located in our flagship Display Home.

Our colour consultant has a manual that contains the preliminary information we will need to know to work towards your home. With her, she will be sure you take plenty of time and care on your selections in order to make this process more enjoyable. As with all aspects of our home, costs are clearly itemised and allowances are part of our fixed price contract.
