We are the only builders in Darwin to price our houses finished and complete. Its not only honest, but its the right way for builder and customer to come together.

All prices quoted on plans are complete, from soil reports, highly engineered homes, Killarney designer kitchens to the finishing touches of fencing, landscaping and the driveway. We include top quality fixtures throughout and above all no surprises. All you need to do is move in!

We have applied a holistic approach to energy efficient design, culminating in being a runner up in the HIA National Greensmart Awards in 2011. Our Display Home is the current NT Greensmart Home of the Year, the first time a Display Home has won such a category.

As Greensmart Accredited Professionals we follow these guidelines, and are proud to present a brief outline of our policy with our smart houses, environmental houses brochure. We just don't talk about doing the right thing in our houses, we can show you why they are cooler to live in, cheaper to run and at the same time better for the environment.
