Our Story

Killarney Homes was established by Michael Moriarty MBA and HIA Multi Award Winning Master Builder. Michael builds fantastic houses that clients love and he continues to set the standard for consistent quality houses.

Our Commitment is to build cool, comfortable homes appropriate to the tropics, and we are known by customers and competitors alike for a high quality standard of finish and our ability to complete projects on time.

We build in Darwin and the surrounding areas typically blockwork homes as well as a small number of steel frame homes each year to the particular requirements of the client.

All of our homes have been energy audited and rated above 5 stars, with our Display Home audited well over 7 stars, the best in Darwin and a big reason why we hold both the MBA and HIA Awards for Energy Efficient Housing at present. We pride ourselves on being versatile and can deliver homes from luxury properties through to family homes, and very tidy, clever, affordable housing.

Killarney Homes and its staff are responsible and engaged members of the Construction Community, and we are actively involved with the peak industry bodies and are accredited with CAL, an accreditation granted to companies that are both technically capable and financially viable.
