Houses of 2011
-
Executive Home, Bellamack (15)
This home was built for a client in Bellamack, and sought to make the most of a wide width block. Landscaping incomplete at time of photography. -
Striking Lines, Lyons (17)
Simply striking from the street, this home is a functional, tropical home. Designing the the living roof with a raking ceiling, we then designed the internals to have a mixture of materials on floor, wall and roof, and strong transition between spaces. Landscaping was not completed at the time of photography. -
City and Sea from the Balcony, Darwin CBD Edge (19)
The home is located in an area very close to the city, in a dense development which brought varied environmental considerations. To this extent, we followed Urban Fringe design principles and built a home which carries a lot of mass to deal with privacy, thermal and acoustic considerations. Built on a split level site carved from a hill, the views of the city and the water are fantastic. -
Family Home, Bellamack (15)
This beautifully finished house was built with a brief for a home to fit a mid size block in Bellamck. The client was seeking a modern home appropriate for their current needs and we have delivered a home that fit the budget and at the highest standard. -
Duplex Development, Bakewell (15)
This beautifully finished house was built with a brief for a home to fit a very small block in Bakewell. At just 253m2, it was challenging to deliver the final product – a home that is private, feels open, and consistent with the built form in the area. -
Urban Design, Darwin CBD Edge (16)
The home is located at the front of an Exclusive estate on the CBD fringe. A statement home, we have delivered a home with outstanding finishes on a difficult site that offers visual interest from all perspectives. This home captures city views, tropical identity and breezes, a strong example of tropical living. -
Tropical Family Home, Lyons (34)
A tropical family home, this project retains the essence of tropical living with deep eaves, large covered outdoor spaces, and open ventilated spaces. The floor plan is considered and practical, offering strong identity to spaces. And check out that kitchen!
