This is a breezy, tropical 4 bedroom home. This house has been designed to allow a concept of indoor/outdoor living areas, with a massive patio supporting an ample internal area. The fourth bedroom is well positioned to be used alternatively as a large study, which is attractive for the clients we built for. Outdoors, the home features a large hardstand for boats, cleverly hidden off street, and the pool is fully integrated in the home, maintaining sight lines from the kitchen and living areas, through the verandah, to the pool.
